site renewal

I've just renewed the whole site. Do you like the new design?

In addition to changing the appearance, I removed the useless bugs as much as I can. So the whole site was totally cleaned.

The template I used before was from Thingamablog. The new one is my own, though the elements are from a book written by Sachi. The book is a collection of web materials but those are copyright free. I selected some of romantic ones, edited and collaged them to fit the theme. Maybe you already noticed that the theme is "Alice in Wonderland".

Do you see a girl is running after a rabbit in the picture above? The sun, the moon and the stars express day and night. The girl fell from the sky and running after the rabbit day and night. Forever like a merry-go-round.

As Sachi's materials are very beautiful and romantic, I love them very much. I'm thinking of creating more colourful theme with them. The following pictures are the books.

By the way, I collaged the picture for a textile first. How about using the picture to make flocky print items? My favorite Jane Marple once produced a flocky Alice series and that is now a legend among their fans.

Just imagine a JSK or a one-piece dress with the flocky printed picture at the bottom of the skirt, or a dress which is made of printed back-satin. At least I want them!

Chess Titans

I bought a new PC two years ago and the OS is Windows Vista which contains Chess Titans. I like chess but not a good player. So I play the game from time to time to improve my skill. It was difficult to win even on level 2 at first, now playing on level5 after two-year complicated effort.

Stepping up was comparatively easy until level4, but level 5 is an irresistible enemy, isn't it? Most of the time, almost all the pieces are gone with the wind (laugh), even when I win the game.

See the following picture. It is a pattern which happens frequently.

But recently, I turned to be able to win with leaving many pieces on the board sometimes. The following pictures are some of the fine cases which are not many.

Chess is an interesting and fascinating game but hard to win and deep. I wonder when I can reach level 10. It seems that there will be a long way to go. I think I will report when I reach next step.

a minor change

As I've just added a feed to my site, now that you can use it. If you want to know when I update my blog, just add the feed to your feed reader and check it from time to time with others. The URL is http://www.aggressiveart.org/rss/rss20_blog.xml .

By the way, my blog software broke a few days ago. So I lost the whole script of the former entry. You know that was the long script, I had to rewrite the whole thing. It was a mess. And I thought I must change the way of creating my blog. The result is this minor change.

I do not use the auto uploading system any longer. Though it takes more time to update the blog than use it, the flexibility is very high. So I added the inline frames. Especially the calendar part on the top page has much improved, hasn't it? You can access all the entries one by one only by clicking the numbers.

If your browser rejects inline frames, just check Total Index . You can also access all the entries from there.

And the feed. I thought that it must be difficult to add feeds to a site, but I found a very simple free software to generate them. Owing to the software called "fRSSatom", I can add feeds easily not only for the readers of this blog but also for the readers of my Japanese site which is not a blog.

Well, the trouble was a mess but I think a trouble is always a key to acquire new knowledge, ability, and possibility. As the result, my site was much improved, which is a good thing.
